SALON POLICIES

RETURN/REFUND POLICIES

All salon services are fully non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any issues or concerns after your service, I am happy to make reasonable accommodations or adjustments to the best of my professional abilities if notified within 7 days of your service. Adjustments made outside of this period may be subject to additional charges.

All retail sales of products, styling tools and accessories are final. In the event you should receive a defective item, please notify me as soon as possible and return it within 7 days for an exchange or credit.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

I do NOT accept checks, money orders, or payment apps such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp etc.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that when you schedule an appointment with me, this time is reserved exclusively for you and limits my availability to others. For this reason, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a broken appointment fee equal to 50% of the cost of your scheduled services.

I make it a priority to be on time for your appointment, and I ask the same of you. Arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time may result in cancellation of your appointment and will be subject to the above mentioned broken appointment fee of 50% of the cost of services scheduled. Repeated last minute cancellations or multiple broken appointments may result in refusal of future services.

If you have to cancel on short notice due to an illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather, please contact me as soon as possible! I will do my best to work with you if you are a current client in good standing. Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

Any “no call, no show” where no attempt is made to contact may result in refusal of future services.


HAIR EXTENSION POLICIES

Please note that my full extension policies are detailed in a contract which all clients will review and sign at the start of services. The contract may include but not be limited to the following terms:

All services are non-refundable. However, I am happy to make reasonable adjustments or accommodations to the best of my professional abilities if notified within 7 days of your installation. Adjustments made outside of this period may be subject to additional charges.

Due to the time consuming nature of hair extension appointments, a nonrefundable booking fee of 50% of your package price is due at the time of scheduling your installation appointment. Any remaining balance will be due the day we complete your install. If you need to reschedule your installation appointment, I ask that you provide 48 hours notice to do so as per my cancellation policy.

Your extension installation booking fee is transferrable as long as you give at least 48 hours notice for a reschedule.

Your booking fee will be forfeit and you will be required to prepay a new booking fee under the following circumstances: (1) If your original installation appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice (2) If you cancel or reschedule your appointment (with appropriate notice) more than twice from the original booking date or (3) More than 120 days has passed since the date your booking fee was paid and you have not returned to the salon to complete your installation.

Hair extensions are sold as-is with no warranty. I make no guarantees about the lifespan of hair extension pieces as this is highly dependent on lifestyle factors and adherence to the home care and maintenance protocols. However, I will do my best to ensure you are set up for success with the knowledge to protect and care for your investment.

I will not be responsible for any damage to your hair or extensions if you pursue services from another salon or any other individual or professional or make any alterations to or remove your extensions yourself.

Stylists or salon will not be held responsible in the event of an allergic reaction (i.e. silicone, latex, or metal allergy, contact dermatitis etc.) These risks will be discussed at your consultation and services may be denied if there is a concern.

In the event that you are a no longer able or willing to wear hair extensions for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of removal and no services rendered or goods received are refundable.


CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEM DAMAGE

I always utilize styling capes and towels to protect clients during services. However, there is always the potential risk of an accident especially during color services! Please refrain from wearing your favorite or best clothing and please remove jackets or hoodies. If you come wearing your work clothes or a favorite shirt and need to change into a robe, please ask and I can provide you with one before we begin your service. I will not be held responsible for accidental damages to clothing or personal items in the salon.


CHILDREN

Due to safety considerations and our limited space, we ask that you please do not bring children to appointments unless they are receiving a service. Please note all children 18 and under receiving services must have a parent or guardian present at the time of service. I reserve the right to refuse chemical services to anyone under the age of 18 at my professional discretion.
